Can be used in manual and automatic.
If your car is diesel car with engine starting time over 3 seconds, you can turn on ON dashboard first to pre-warm the spark plug then start the car or add an extra timer delay switch.

About Remote working distance note:
Remote control working distance is 800-1200 meters in wild space, but which may shorter when use by actual buildings, similar alarms interference etc. Please note.

If there is a chip immobilizer in your original car remote control (key), you need to buy an extra bypass module or youcan't use the remote start function. We have the bypass module for sale and you can buy them together.
If you do not want to buy an extra bypass module, you can take out the chip immobilizer from your original key fobs and put it around the ignition hole so that you can start your car.
If you are not sure whether there is a chip in your remote control, please ask your car vendor or a professional staff.
